Need to make an exchange? It's easy! you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to notify us.
If this is the case, it is important to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending us an item. You must write us your order # as well as the reason for the exchange. Once you have analyzed everything, you will receive an email with a confirmation number. Without this number, no exchange will be accepted. Once we have the goods in hand and find that they are in good condition, we will give you the desired product or the credit note.
A part can be exchanged for a shopping credit.
The product must be returned in perfect condition with its label within 7 days of purchase. Return delivery and shipping will be at your expense. Shipping charges will not be refundable.
Returned merchandise must not have been washed, worn or damaged and must have the original labels.
We do NOT make refunds.
No exchanges on our natural products or beauty accessories, on sale clothing, lingerie and swimwear unless it is a product defect. In this case, send us by email a photo of the defective product to the following address: email@example.com
Clearance items, special orders, custom made jewelry and engraved pieces are not exchangeable or refundable.
